Systems Administrator
Job Description
We are actively seeking a Systems Administrator to join our talented, dynamic team in St. Cloud, FL to deliver mission critical infrastructure and ensure the highest level of performance and security to our clients. Must have Linux Administration and Scripting experience. This position is responsible for monitoring, installation, configuration, administration, patching, troubleshooting, and maintenance of technology solutions; providing technical support, and performing scripting to ensure stable and efficient operations. Must participate in a regular On-Call rotation schedule (every 3rd week).
MUST be able to work on-site in our office in St. Cloud, FL 34769
Requirements
- Associates degree in a technology related discipline; professional certifications are a plus
- 3+ years proven experience as Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role
- Strong Linux Administration and scripting experience
- Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management
- Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills
- Certificate Management experience
- Experience with Linux, WebLogic, PowerShell/Scripting, Ansible, Microsoft Azure preferred
- Strong analytical skills; detail oriented and organized
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
- U.S. citizen or permanent green card; eligible for US Government Clearance
- Valid Driver's License with dependable transportation
- Must reside locally to Central FL office

Software Engineer (Java)
Job Description
We are seeking Software Engineers at all levels experienced in the UI/UX domain or Java to join our talented, dynamic team in St. Cloud, FL. Responsible for building, maintaining, and fixing software including all aspects of the software life cycle.

Job Requirements
- Associates degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field
- MUST be proficient in Java and programming concepts
- Mid-Senior level: 3+ years in Software Development Role
- Experience with JavaScript, CSS, PHP, HTML preferred
- Detail oriented, highly organized, team player
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate at all levels
- Must be comfortable presenting to small groups

Duties/Responsibilities

- Create and modify programs per project specifications
- Collaborate with developers, technical leads, project managers
- Design or assist with GUI as needed
- Test programs and observe beta testing
- Debug and revise programs to improve efficiency
- Maintain documentation of program development and revisions
- Participate in team meetings and demos

Software Tester
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled software tester with at least 2+ years of experience in software testing, specifically in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with relevant manual and automation tooling. Practical exposure to IAM products such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or Ping, OKTA, CyberArk, helpful. The role requires strong expertise in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure quality assurance in IAM/IGA solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automation test
strategies specific to IAM and IGA solutions.
- Develop test plans, test cases, and test
scripts for IAM/IGA applications.
- Work closely with development and security
teams to define testing requirements.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts
using tools such as Selenium WebDriver with Java/Python.
- Execute test cases across different IAM
especially Application onboarding, User Management, RBAC, Analytics, SSO,
Authentication, Authorization.
- Perform API testing using tools like
Postman, or SoapUI to validate IAM/IGA integrations.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure system
stability after changes.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines for integrating
automated tests.
- Identify, log, track, and validate defects
using tools like JIRA
- Analyze test failures and collaborate with
developers to troubleshoot issues.
- Report test results, document defects, and
provide recommendations for improving system quality.
- Conduct performance testing using JMeter or
similar tools to assess system scalability.
- Work with cross-functional teams including
IAM engineers, DevOps, and security teams.
- Provide regular test progress updates and
contribute to quality assurance reports.
- Programming Languages: Java/Python (for test
automation scripting)
- Ability to work independently and
collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and documentation
skills
- IAM/IGA Products: Hands-on experience with
